覺得花生醬粉十分神奇,想試一下.而且因為使用時是用水開成醬, 感覺會健康一點~! 最近迷上了吃果仁, 這算是零咀中比較健康的選擇吧!

The powdered peanut butter is pretty amazing to me! It is in powder form and you have to add water and mix it into paste for use. I feel this is a healthier choice. Also, I am addicted to nutty snacks lately, I think thise wild berry mix will suit my taste!

I think I am gonna replace my breakfast / dinner with te meal replacement. ( this product has pretty positive review. I hope it won’t let me down) Another product is similar to juice cleanse / detox product. No other food is allowed except this drink for 48 hours. (Since there will be a special event coming up. I think it’s time to try for loss some weight)
